Khudaykulova Gulnara Karimovna

Head of Department

Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor. In 1998, she successfully graduated from the First Tashkent State Medical Institute, Faculty of Medicine (diploma with honors). In 2000, she completed a clinical residency in the Department of Infectious Diseases of the First Tashkent State Medical Institute . In 2003, she defended her candidate’s dissertation on “Viral hepatitis C in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia,” and in 2017, her doctoral dissertation on “Perinatal HIV infection.” She is the author of more than 20 scientific articles, theses, methodological and educational manuals. On August 27, 2020, Khudaykulova G.K. was awarded the ” Shukhrat ” medal. She has been working at TSMU since 2000.

Karimbaev Shakhrambay Dekhkanbaevich

Associate Professor

at Tashkent State Medical Institute in 1984. In 1991, he defended his candidate’s dissertation on “A Comprehensive Social and Hygienic Study of Preschool Children with Long-Term and Frequent Illnesses.” He is the author of 16 scientific articles, 11 theses, 5 model programs, and 6 teaching aids. He is responsible for academic work in the department. He has worked at TMA since 1984.

Ilyasova Munisa Mirvalievna

Associate Professor

Born in Tashkent in 1979.

In 2002, he graduated from the Faculty of Medical Preventive Work of the 2nd Tashkent State Medical Institute.

In 2021, he received a PhD degree in the specialty of 14.00.07 – HYGIENE.

To date, he has published more than 40 articles in international and republican scientific journals.

He is the organizer and participant of republican scientific and practical projects.

 

Muyassarova Muhabbat Mukhammadievna

Senior lecturer

In 1994, she graduated from the Faculty of Sanitary and Hygiene at Tashkent State Medical Institute No. 2. She is the author of five scientific articles, four theses, and several teaching aids. She serves as a supervisor for academic groups at the Faculty of Higher Specialization. She has worked at TSMU since 2000.

Abdurashitova Sharofat Abdumazhitovna

Senior lecturer

She graduated from the Samarkand State Medical Institute in 1993. She is the author of eight scientific articles and theses, as well as two teaching aids. She is a member of the State Certification Commission for final examinations of the Faculty of Medicine and Pedagogy. She is a curator for academic groups within the Faculty of Higher Specialization. She has worked at the TSMU since 2005.

Djurayeva Nilufar Kurvankulovna

Senior lecturer

In 2010, he graduated from the Tashkent Medical Academy. From 2010 to September 2022, he worked at the “Allergology, Clinical Immunology and Nursing” department; currently, he is an employee of the “Public Health and Management” department. Since 2010, he has co-authored 2 textbooks, 3 training manuals, 12 methodological manuals, 43 foreign articles, and 20 theses. Since November 2020, he has been conducting scientific research on the topic of “Improving the activities of nurses in the rehabilitation of patients with COVID-19 infection” under the leadership of Dr. Ph.D.U.E., and received 2 DGU for the Doctor mobile application. Scientific products are being published in cooperation with Tuychiev L.N., Khudaykulova G.K., Eraliev U.E.

Kamila Uralovna Eshbaeva

Senior lecturer

 

Born in 1982 in Orsk.

She graduated from the Tashkent Medical Academy with a bachelor’s degree in 2004 and a master’s degree in nursing in 2009.

Her master’s thesis focused on improving the practice of nurses in postgraduate education.

To date, he has published over 20 articles in international and national scientific journals.

He is a participant in national scientific and practical projects.

Sadirkhodjaeva Nilufar Sadullaxodjaevna

She is a senior lecturer at the “Public Health and Health Care Management No. 1” Department of Tashkent State Medical University, with a total work experience of 23 years. In 2024, she received the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medical Sciences in the specialty 14.00.07 “Hygiene” on the topic “Scientific substantiation of the prevention of the risk of developing alimentary-dependent disorders in children by correcting deficiencies of vitamins, macro- and microelements.” The dissertation topic was approved in the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Tajikistan. Nilufar began her professional career as an epidemiologist-immunologist at the District State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance Center. In 2019, she was admitted to the doctoral program (PhD) at the Scientific Research Institute of Sanitation, Hygiene, and Occupational Diseases. In her scientific activities, she has conducted research in the fields of nutrition, strengthening the health of women and children, and disease prevention. Over 40 scientific and popular science works by Nilufar Sadirkhodjaeva have been published. These include: 29 scientific articles, sanitary norms and regulations, educational programs, 8 patents, and teaching manuals

 

Atabekova Shoira Ravshanovna

Senior Lecturer in the Department of Public Health and Healthcare Management. Born in 1976. In 2001, she graduated from the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute with a degree in pediatrics, and in 2004, she completed her master’s degree in pediatric infectious diseases. From 2004 to 2023, she worked at the Tashkent Institute for Advanced Medical Studies. Since September 2023, she has been working at the Tashkent State Medical University.

Mirkhamidova Sevara Mirmakhmudovna

Assistant

 

In 2011, she graduated from the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute with a degree in Public Health, Organization, and Management of Healthcare and defended her master’s thesis on ” Developing and Improving the Knowledge of Mid-level Healthcare Workers in Tashkent.” She is the author of a textbook, teaching aids, educational and methodological works, over 50 scientific articles, and 45 theses. She has worked at TSMU since 2016.

Shaykhova Lola Ibragimovna

She was born on July 20, 1990, in Tashkent. She graduated from Tashkent State University in 2016, having studied there from 2010 to 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, she completed her Master’s degree in Food Hygiene with honors.

Since 2018, she has been working at Tashkent State Medical University (TSMU) as an assistant in the Department of Public Health and Healthcare Management.

Since 2025, she has been a postdoctoral researcher in the specialty 14.00.07 – Hygiene, working on the topic “Hygienic rationale for nutritional support for children with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia.”

To date, she has published several scientific abstracts and journal articles.

Ibragimov Tulkin Tokhirovich

Assistant of the Department of Public Health and Healthcare Management No. 1, Tashkent State Medical University.

In 2002, he graduated from the Faculty of Sanitation and Hygiene of the II-Tashkent State Medical Institute with a bachelor’s degree in “General Hygienist and Epidemiologist”, and in 2005, he graduated from the I-Tashkent State Medical Institute with a master’s degree in “Public Health, Organization and Management of Healthcare”.

Since September 2023, he has been working as an assistant of the Department of Public Health and Healthcare Management No. 1, Tashkent State Medical University.

Assistant in the Department of Public Health and Healthcare Management. He graduated from the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute in 2009 with a degree in pediatrics, and in 2012 received a master’s degree in pediatric infectious diseases. From 2012 to 2018, he worked at the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute. Since October 2024, he has been working at the Tashkent State Medical University.

Qo`ldosheva Mahliyokhon Mirzaraimovna

Graduated from the Tashkent Medical Academy in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Nursing in 2021. 14.00.23 – Researcher in the field of nursing organization. The topic of the scientific work is aimed at improving the process of nursing care for obesity in preschool children and its prevention.

She was born on April 12, 1987.

She has been with the department since September 2023.

  • PhD in Infectious Diseases — 2023

Scientific achievements: Malika has more than 20 publications, including articles in The Lancet, a journal known for its high impact factor. Her work explores various aspects of infectious diseases, including epidemiology and prevention methods. This research helps to broaden understanding of current public health issues.

Malika actively participates in scientific conferences and seminars, which allows her to exchange experiences and knowledge with colleagues both nationally and internationally.

Naimova Gulrukh Khusnidin qizi

She was born in 1995 in the Kyzyltepa district of Navoi region.

Sino Bukhara State Medical Institute with a bachelor’s degree. From 2021 to 2024, she studied for a master’s degree in the Faculty of Neurology at the Tashkent Medical Academy. To date, she has published three scientific articles and three dissertations.

Navin Farrukh

A public health specialist, she currently works in the Department of Public Health and Healthcare Management at Tashkent State Medical University. She holds a Master of Public Health (MSPH) from Quaid -i-Azam University and a Bachelor of Dental Science (BDS) from Hamdard University (Pakistan). She has extensive experience teaching public health, epidemiology, biostatistics , and research methods at the undergraduate and graduate levels. She is the author of several scientific publications in recognized national and international journals. Her research interests include public health, dental public health, medical education, and the use of digital technologies in healthcare ( mHealth ).

Tulaganova Dildora Sagdullaevna

Born in 1989 in Tashkent.

In 2011, she graduated from the Tashkent Medical Academy with a bachelor’s degree, and in 2022, she received a master’s degree in nursing.

Researcher in the field of 14.00.23 – organization of nursing.

Her research is aimed at improving rehabilitation processes for children with disabilities.

To date, more than 30 articles have been published in international and national scientific journals.

He is the author and participant of republican scientific and practical projects.
